The Food

With seasonality and fantastic ingredients being the key to a great menu, each Canal Side Dining dinner varies. Below is a sample menu:

  • Winter fennel soup with parmesean crisp
  • Broiled Zeewolf with a morilles sauce and sauteed curly cabbage
  • Pan sauteed skate wing with wine braised leeks, cauliflower puree and curry butter
  • Classic New York cheescake with blueberry coulis

Unfortunately as our dinners are small and intimate, created by enthusiastic amateurs, we will not be able to cater for vegetarians, although we will try our best to cater for diners with allergies. We would appreciate any allergies being highlighted when getting in touch to join us.
